Refund Policy

PC Magic’s principal business is the installation, repair and support of computer systems.

The company operates a “no fix, no fee” agreement in that there are no charges to the customer if, for any reason, PC Magic is unable to repair the computer system to the satisfaction of the customer.

All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days after completion. A return visit to rectify a repeat problem will be completed at no additional cost to the customer.

Parts used to repair a faulty computer are supplied with a manufacturer’s original warranty and, in the event of failure of parts during the warranty period; parts will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Payment Terms

Customers can pay for PC Magic’s services by cash, cheque, electronic transfer, PayPal or credit card (PayPal Virtual Terminal for Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards).

Full payment is required on completion of service.

In exceptional cases, PC Magic will invoice customers for services provided. Full payment of invoices is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice by the customer.

Privacy Policy

PC Magic uses customer information to enable its’ technicians to conduct a site visit and repair of the customers’ computer systems. Data collected during the visit and repair is not retained on any PC Magic computer systems and is erased from all systems on completion of the repair.

PC Magic does not share customer information with any other companies or third party organisations.

When the customer requests an electronic payment method or Credit Card payment using the PayPal Virtual Terminal, these transactions are completed using secure web browser access to the PayPal web site on a transaction by transaction basis.

No customer payment information (credit or debit card information) is retained on any PC Magic electronic systems on completion of a transaction or shared with any third party organisations.
