Consulting Company
With the increase in London office costs, a Consulting Company made the decision to transfer their business to a totally remote "teleworking" operation utilising a central business server (home office based) and home based consultants. PC Magic designed and implemented the new infrastructure with secure remote access to the home based server from anywhere in the world (a new business operation is now being established in South Africa).

PC Magic are able to access the server for maintenance on a 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies.

Media Centre
The home is becoming the "hub" of the family;

Mum and Dad want to record TV and watch programmes at their convenience. The children want to interact with their friends and play multi-user games. Everyone wants their particular flavour of music, on tap throughout the home and, occasionally, the family watches a DVD on the home's wide screen TV with surround sound.
